DWB met in New York on October 27, 2024 with the Honorable Dr. Vince Henderson, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Dominica and Chair, CARICOM Foreign and Community Relations (COFCOR) as well as CARICOM and Caribbean Community General Secretary Dr. Carla Barnett to discuss a future partnership for diplomatic capacity building in the region. A Communique was agreed and will serve as the basis for finalizing the proposed partnership.
